Matt was also a member of the Breakfast Rotary Club in Cookeville, contributing to local efforts and building connections within the community.
Toward the end of his Army career, Matt obeyed the Gospel and soon dedicated his efforts to preaching the Gospel. He served as a minister at Cullom Church of Christ for almost 30 years, where he touched the lives of countless individuals through his ministry, guidance, and unwavering support.
