DYER CHAPEL - Funeral services for Mr. Jerry Lee Blair will be held Friday, July 3, 2026 at 2:00 pm in the Dyer Chapel of Hooper, Huddleston & Horner Funeral Home (798 South Willow Avenue, Cookeville, TN).
Interment will follow in the Cookeville City Cemetery with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
The family will receive friends on Friday from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the funeral home.
Jerry Lee Blair was born on April 18, 1960, in Sebring, Ohio, and passed away peacefully on June 28, 2026, at Grandview Post Acute Care in Cookeville, Tennessee.
