COOKEVILLE – A graveside service for Jerry Don 'Snowball' Long, 65, of Cookeville, will be held 10 a.m. at the Arlington of Tennessee Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 4-9 p.m., Friday February 11 at the Chapel of Dyer Funeral Home. Mr. Long died Thursday February 10, 2011 in Cookeville Regional Medical Center. He was born April 14, 1945 in Cookeville, TN to the late Claude E. Long and Daisy Long Conley Mr. Long was a self-employed truck Driver. He is survived by two daughters, Claudine (John David) Fowler and Jackie Putty; A sister, Geraldine Kuhn and a brother, Junior Long; three grandchildren, Christopher Woody, Anthony Putty and Jared Fowler. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
