Mr. Jerry Wayne Rich, Age 53, of Cookeville, died December 15, 2017 at his home. He was born October 31, 1964 in Cookeville TN. to the late Robert and Fanny Rich. He is survived by his wife Lisa Rich. Services will be held at a later date. Dyer Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
