Funeral services for Mr. Jim Jernigan, age 75 of Cookeville, will be held Monday, July 21, 2025 at 12:00 pm in the Cookeville Chapel of Hooper, Huddleston & Horner Funeral Home. Pastor Tim Miles will officiate. Interment will military honors will follow in Brotherton Cemetery.

His family will receive friends Sunday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and again Monday from 10:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.

Mr. Jernigan died suddenly Thursday July 17, 2025 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
