DYER CHAPEL - Judy Ann Randolph was born September 23, 1950, in Cookeville, Tennessee, she passed away Saturday August 29, 2026, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center following a sudden illness. She was 75.

Judy spent many years working as an evidence clerk with the Cookeville Police Department, where she served the community with dedication until her retirement. She was respected by those she worked alongside and took pride in doing her job well.

Animals were an important part of Judy's life. Over the years, she cared for many pets and found great joy in having them around.

Judy was a member of Life Church in Cookeville. She had an easy smile and a way of making people feel comfortable. She was kind, approachable, and easy to talk to, and those who knew her remember the warmth she brought into everyday moments.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry Stewart and Edna Dawes Stewart, and her brother, Gene Stewart.

Judy is survived by her husband of 56 years, Harold “Butch” Randolph. The two were high school sweethearts and married on May 8, 1970. She is also survived by her son, Dustin Randolph; brother, Bobby Stewart and wife, Barbara; sister, Betty Jett and husband, Gary; and grandson, Parker Randolph.

In keeping with Judy's wishes, no services are planned.

Judy's life was rooted in the people, work, faith, and animals she cared about. She will be remembered by those closest to her for her kindness, her welcoming nature, and the simple way she made others feel at ease.
