Memorial services for Julia Ann "Muffin" Otto, age 65, of Smithville and formerly of Cookeville, will be at 3 p.m. Sunday December 15 at the Cookeville Chapel of Hooper Huddleston and Horner Funeral Home. Pastor Donnie Davidson will officiate. Her family will receive friends Sunday from 12 p.m. until service time at the funeral home. Julia passed away Wednesday December 4, 2019 at Saint Thomas Midtown Hospital in Nashville. She was born November 4, 1954 to the late Joseph Albert Otto Jr. and Laverne Ladona Otto. Julia spent her life both personally and professionally giving aid and counsel to those most in need. She is survived by a son, Jonathan Stewart of Cookeville; brother, Joe Otto (wife, Sarah) of Brownwood, TX; sister, Donna Marie Maughon of Naples, FL; nephews, Michael Flatt Jr, Tyler Best and Miles Best.
