Kelvin Ballard

Funeral services for Mr. Kelvin Clay Ballard, will be held Wednesday, July 16, 2025 at 1:00 pm in the Cookeville Chapel of Hooper Huddleston & Horner Funeral Home.  Interment will follow at Saylors Cemetery.

His family will receive friends Wednesday from 11:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.

Mr. Ballard died suddenly Sunday July 13, 2025 at Ascension Saint Thomas Highlands in Sparta.
