Kenneth Bryant

Funeral services for Kenneth David Bryant, age 18 of Walling, will be held Tuesday, January 17th at 11am in the Cookeville Chapel of Hooper-Huddleston & Horner Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Double Springs Cemetery. Eric Williams and Clayton Lee will officiate.

His family will receive friends both Sunday and Monday evenings from 4pm until 7pm and again Tuesday from 10am until service at the funeral home.

He died Wednesday January 11, 2023.

He was born April 22, 2004 in Sparta to Johnny Dewayne and Martha Cheryl DeWeese Bryant.

Kenneth was a 2022 graduate of White County High School. He attended Tennessee Tech University and was serving as assistant coach of the Prescott South Middle School Archery Team. He was an avid outdoorsman.

He was preceded in death by grandparents, Fred Bryant, Jack and Rita DeWeese, Samuel and Juanita Steele, and Martha Florence DeWeese; and by an uncle, Jack Ray DeWeese.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his brother, Johnathon Samuel Bryant, sisters, Jacklynn Elizabeth (Bernie) Friesel and Christina Evelyn Dyer Bryant; grandparents, Patricia Bryant and Brenda DeWeese; aunts and uncles, Ken and Chasity Bryant, Clint and Jody DeWeese, Carol Hoover and Renee (Kelly) Keeling; and by a host of extended family and friends.

Cody Roberts, Johnathon Bryant, Chris Flatt, Bernie Friesel, Ken Bryant, Mark Tylka and Kelly Keeling will serve as pallbearers.
