Kourtney Lashae Baer, passed away Wednesday September 30 in McKenzie, Tennessee, at the age of 33.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, October 7, at 1 p.m. at the Baxter Chapel of Hooper Huddleston and Horner Funeral Home. (532 4th Ave S.) Pastor Houston Jared will officiate. Interment will follow at Dobbs Cemetery. Family will receive friends Wednesday from 12 - 1 p.m.
