Lurlene Carr Mccormick

Lurlene Carr McCormick, a resident of Cookeville Passed away on Saturday, October 25, 2008 at the Morningside Assisted Living of Cookeville. Mrs. McCormick was born in Overton County TN on August 18 and served as a School Teacher for 43 years in the Putnam County School System. Her Parents were the late R.H. Carr and Mary Etta Ledbetter. She was a member of the Church of God. Mrs. McCormick was preceded in Death by: Her parents; Her husband Arva D. McCormick: One sister, Martha Carr; Four brothers, Harrison, James Copeland, Ezra Allison and Thomas Richard Carr. She is survived by several Nieces and Nephews. Graveside Services were held Sunday, October 26, 2008 at 3:00 P.M. at the Cookeville City Cemetery. Brother Ralph Dunn officiated.
