Memorial services for Maria Elva Casares, 67, of Cookeville, will be held 5:30 pm Wednesday, January 16, at Burton"�s Chapel United Methodist Church. The family will receive friends immediately following the service. Mrs. Casares died January 13, 2013 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. She was born September 8, 1945 in Chihuahua, Mexico to the late Nicoli Fernandez. She is survived by son and daughter-in-law, Edgar and Stephanie Morales of Minneapolis, MN; daughter and son-in-law, Renata and Jeremy Muston of Moulton, AL; grandchildren, Maya and Elycia Morales, Sahvannah and Claire Shavers, Tyler, Jacob, Hallie and Aaron Muston; and special friends, the Ethridge and Copeland families. She taught her friends and family how to love without limits, and to live life to the fullest. She gave all she had and always cared for those in need. She was loved by many and inspired those around her to work hard and never give up, because she never gave up on people. She will be missed and thought of often.
