Marti Wagner

Mrs. Martha Anne "Marti" Wagner, age 72 of Baxter, died Monday August 9, 2021 at Signature Healthcare of Putnam County. No services are planned at this time. She was born June 6, 1949 in Three Rivers, MI to Martha June Ruggles and the late Leon Ruggles. Martha worked as a manager for rental properties and previously owned a van conversion business. She enjoyed interior decorating and had an appreciation for antiques. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband of 25 years, Robert Wagner; brothers, Tomas Ruggles of Constantine, MI and James Ruggles of Three Rivers; and by sister, Carol Williams of Elkhart, Indiana.
