Michelle Y. Castaneda

Michelle Y. Castaneda, age 74 of Cookeville, passed away on Monday, January 20, 2020 at her residence. She is survived by her loving and devoted sister and brother-in-law, Michaela and Bill Pangburn, and loving family, friends and neighbors. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church on Tuesday, February 11th at 11:30 a.m. The burial to follow will be private. Father Christiano Nunes da Silva will officiate. Visitation will be held Monday evening, February 10th after 6:00 p.m. at the Cookeville chapel of Hooper-Huddleston & Horner Funeral Home. A Rosary service to be held at 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home led by Father Eric Johansen. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or other charitable organization.
