Patricia Mae Rodgers, beloved wife, mother and grandmother, passed away peacefully on Thursday February 26, 2026, at her residence in Cookeville, Tennessee. Born on March 19, 1957, in Overton County, TN, Patricia lived a life full of love, laughter, and commitment to her family and faith.

For 22 years, Patricia dedicated herself to her career at Russell Stovers in Cookeville, where she was known for her infectious smile and friendly demeanor. Following her time there, she chose to leave her professional life to devote herself fully to her grandchildren, a role she embraced with joy and dedication. In addition, Patricia was an integral part of her husband Raymond's business, JJ Saw and Tool, contributing her talents and support.

Patricia was a woman of many passions and interests. She had a special talent for cooking and took great pleasure in preparing meals for family gatherings and church events. Her love for the outdoors was evident in the countless family vacations spent camping, hiking, boating, and fishing, where cherished memories were created and shared.

Those who knew Patricia will remember her radiant smile, infectious humor, and unwavering positivity. Even during her sickness, she maintained her sense of humor and never complained, serving as an inspiration to all who crossed her path. Patricia was a faithful member of Scott Avenue Baptist Church, where she left a lasting legacy of faith and commitment, instilling these values in her family.

Patricia is survived by her loving husband, Raymond Rodgers; daughters, Felicia (Matt) Wilson and Melissa (Zack) Craighead; and grandchildren, Macy and Ava Wilson, Madison, Miles, Lyla Mae, and Wade Craighead. She is also remembered by her sisters, Kathy Johnson, Pamela Alexander, Barbara Croker, and Rita Dobbins; and brothers, Bruce Geesling, Ron Geesling, Danny Lindsey (Kim), and Ronnie Lindsey.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Bethel Geesling and Illa Franklin Geesling Lindsey; sisters, Brenda Fay Geesling and Billy Terry Geesling; and brother, Donnie Lindsey.

A funeral service honoring Patricia will be at 11 a.m. Monday March 2 at Scott Avenue Baptist Church. Bro. Steve Brown will officiate. Visitation for friends and family will be Sunday from 5 - 8 p.m. at the church and again Monday from 9 - 11 a.m. Patricia will be laid to rest at Cookeville City Cemetery.

Patricia Rodgers will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her memory will live on in the hearts of those she loved and who loved her in return.
