DYER CHAPEL-Raymond K. Randolph, a dedicated member of the Cookeville community, passed away on Sunday, June 1, 2025, at the Cookeville Regional Medical Center. Born on September 16, 1957, in Cookeville, TN, he brought joy and warmth to many lives throughout his years. Known for his unwavering faith as a member of the Church of Christ, he integrated his spiritual principles into all aspects of his life.

Professionally, Raymond excelled as the Operator, Superintendent, and Manager of Belle Acres Golf Course, where his love for golf and the outdoors flourished. He was not just an employee; he was a steward of the land and a guiding light for many, creating an inviting atmosphere for friends and co-workers alike. His passion extended beyond golf; he cherished moments riding motorcycles, caring and riding horses, watching football, and indulging in western films. A true animal lover, he took great care of his grand-dogs, Lucas and Titleist, embodying the kindness and compassion that defined his character.

Raymond is remembered fondly by a close-knit family. He leaves behind his devoted wife, Sue Ellen Allison Randolph of Cookeville; his daughter, Amanda Randolph of Baxter; his chosen son, Dwaine Franklin of Cookeville; his brother, Duane Randolph (Marsha) of Cookeville; and his sister, Sandra McCloud (Phil) Craighead of Cookeville. His legacy continues with cherished nieces and nephews, including Tiffany (Andy) Hall, Tony McCloud, Randy (Angel) McCloud, and Tim McCloud. Additionally, he will be missed by his brothers and sisters-in-law, Larry Allison and Glenda (Thomas) Bradley. Among his special friends are Rodney and Pam McFarland as well as Dylan and Dalton Dishman.

Raymond is preceded in death by his beloved parents, Clodus and Clata Lee Collier Randolph; his stepmother, Lou Randolph; and his dear friend, Steve Alred. He also mourned the loss of his beloved pets, Luke and Bailey, as well as his nephews, Michael Randolph and David Randolph. Additionally, his in-laws, Wallace and Berchie Allison, and brother-in-law, Jacky McCloud, remain in our memories as part of the rich tapestry of his family.

The visitation services for Raymond K. Randolph will be held on Tuesday, June 3, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and again on Wednesday, June 4, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Dyer Chapel, located at 798 South Willow Avenue, Cookeville, TN. A funeral service honoring his life will take place on Wednesday, June 4, 2025, beginning at 1:00 PM. Bro. Andy Hall will officiate. Burial will follow in Crest Lawn Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Randy McCloud, Tim McCloud, Rodney McFarland, Tony Herren, Larry Allison, Dylan Dishman, and Dwaine Franklin.

Raymond's legacy is one of love, dedication, and community spirit. He will always be cherished in the hearts of those who knew him, guiding them with the values and kindness he lived by every day.
