COOKEVILLE CHAPEL - Ricky Kevin Clark, a beloved member of the Cookeville community, departed this life on Wednesday December 31, 2025, at NHC of Cookeville. 

A funeral service honoring Rick will be at 1 p.m. Saturday January 3 at the Cookeville Chapel of Hooper Huddleston and Horner Funeral Home. Bro. Danny Hembree will officiate. Visitation for friends and family will be from 12 - 1p.m.

Further services and interment will be at a later date in Mt. Vernon, Kentucky.
