Robbie Sue Warden Loftis passed away on September 4, 2025, in Hendersonville, TN, at the age of 94. Born on May 12, 1931, in Hilham, TN, Robbie was a proud embodiment of independence, a strong-willed woman affectionately described as a "sassy Saddie."
Robbie worked for 20 years at Western Electric, where she worked relentlessly on wiring circuit boards in the model shop, and later extended her expertise to Automatic Electric. Her commitment to her career mirrored her zest for life-always active, she continued to live independently until her final days. Remarkably, she drove herself until the age of 91, demonstrating her tenacity and desire for independence.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Robbie had a deep appreciation for life's simpler joys. She found delight in going to garage sales, antiquing, and drawing. Music resonated with her spirit, and she cherished the tunes of Alan Jackson and George Strait, often attending dances at The American Legion in her early years. She also upheld a commitment to her health, taking pride in her daily walks on the treadmill and regularly attending tai chi classes.
Robbie's loving family reflects her legacy of love and devotion. She is survived by her daughter, Deborah Loftis Rogers, and her family; her son, Gary C. (Debbie Seiber) Loftis; her cherished grandchildren, Courtney L. and Sean Campbell; and her great-granddaughter, Felicity Campbell. She also leaves behind numerous nieces and nephews whom she loved.
In her passing, Robbie joins her beloved parents, John Ed and Mabel Thompson Warden, her late husband of 28 years, Tracy B. Loftis, her husband of 20 years, Paul I. Fredericks; her son-in-law, Douglas E. Rogers; siblings, Arley (Lucille) Warden, Odell (Dewey) Hicks (John) Crabtree, Carlos (Ailene) Warden, Cora Heady, Claude (Stella) Warden, Bill (Allie Ruth) Warden, Olene Bryant, and Walter Warden. Each of them cherished her in life, and now their memories intertwine in a beautiful tapestry of love that will continue to inspire those fortunate to have known her.
Robbie will be remembered not only for her remarkable strength and independence but also for her unwavering love for her family and her vibrant pursuit of life. A legacy of love and resilience is what she leaves behind-a testament to her beautiful soul.
