Ron Gardner

Ron C. Gardner, of Cookeville, TN, was born October 15, 1947, in Waterloo, Iowa, and passed away Sunday, January 25, 2026.

Ron is survived by his wife of 57 years, Cheryl Julian Gardner, and his daughters, Jennifer and Jessica. He is also survived by an extended family of four sisters, a brother, in-laws and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his father and mother, Claude and Marie Gardner of Waterloo, Iowa.

A celebration of life will be held in Iowa in the summer.
