Sam Harr

Mr. Samuel "Sam"� Royce Harr, 37 of Las Vegas and formerly of Cookeville died suddenly Wednesday June 1, 2011 while visiting in Cookeville. Services and burial will be in in the Eubank Family Cemetery in Duvall County, Florida. He was the son of the late James Royce and Alice Jean Ryan Harr. Mr. Harr was an English Professor teaching Creative Writing at the University of Nevada in Las Vegas. Survivors include his brother Frank Harr of Boston, MA; and his uncle Ed Ryan of Cookeville.
