Samantha Anderson

Funeral services for Samantha Hall Anderson, age 56 of Cookeville, will be 11 a.m. on Saturday, November 5, at the Cookeville Chapel of Hooper, Huddleston and Horner Funeral Home. Bro. Joe Kase and Bro. Ben Smith will officiate. Interment will follow at Crest Lawn Cemetery.

Her family will receive friends on Friday, November 4, from 5 to 8 p.m. and again on Saturday morning from 9 a.m. until service time.

Samantha passed away Wednesday, October 26, 2022, at her home.

She was born March 20, 1966, in Detroit, Michigan to Sammy and Peggy Spivey Hall of Cookeville.

Samantha was a member of Willow Avenue Church of Christ. She worked at Averitt Express and formerly worked at the Cancer Center at Cookeville Regional Medical Center.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband of 34 years, Stanley Anderson, whom, she married on January 16, 1988; two sons, Jared and Sammy Anderson of Cookeville; daughter, Ann Marie Anderson of Nashville; brother, Jeff (Tressa) Hall of Cookeville; sisters-in-law, Shirley (David) Flatt, and Linda (Charlie) Crawford of Cookeville; and mother-in-law, Ila Mae Anderson of Cookeville.
