Sarah Cliett

COOKEVILLE CHAPEL - Sarah Elizabeth Shaw Cliett, age 82, passed from this life on Saturday, October 18, 2025 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. She was born April 12, 1943 to James and Ila Pearl Hale Shaw.

She previously lived in Danielsville, Georgia but a few years ago relocated to Rickman, TN. Professionally Sarah was a pharmacist and felt fulfilled in that work. For relaxation she enjoyed being outside in natural settings and enjoyed bird watching. In earlier years she enjoyed participating in choral groups. Sarah also loved the many cats and dogs she had as companions over the years.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister Ila and a brother Jim.

She is survived by her brother David (Jan) Shaw of Cookeville, six nieces and nephews and six great nieces and nephews.

Sarah has chosen cremation and there will be no formal service.
