Shanna Suzanne Frasier, a beacon of love and courage, passed away peacefully on June 4, 2024, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. Born on December 27, 1977, in Anderson County, Tennessee, Shanna lived a life marked by passion, resilience, and an unwavering commitment to her family and community.


Shanna's family was the cornerstone of her life. She is survived by her devoted husband, Charlie Frasier; her beloved daughter, Izzy Frasier; her mother, Suzanne Turpin; and her sister, Sabra Turpin Kirkland. She was preceded in death by her father, Charles Howard Turpin.


For over two decades, Shanna dedicated herself to the Genesis Career Group, where she served as the director of financial aid. Her tireless work ethic and compassionate nature made her a pillar in the organization, guiding countless individuals towards brighter futures. Shanna's professional life was a reflection of her dedication to service and her belief in the transformative power of education.


A woman of faith, Shanna attended Life Church in Cookeville, where her presence was a source of strength and inspiration to many.


Shanna was an avid lover of animals and shared this love with her family, creating a warm and welcoming home filled with joy and laughter. Her resilience and determination were evident in everything she did, from her professional achievements to her personal hobbies.


Those who knew Shanna would describe her as loving, courageous, and passionate. She approached life with an open heart and a fearless spirit, never shying away from a challenge. Her legacy is one of love and bravery, a testament to the incredible impact she had on those around her.


A memorial service to celebrate Shanna's life will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, June 15, at the Cookeville Chapel of Hooper Huddleston and Horner Funeral Home. Friends and family are invited to gather for visitation from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. prior to the service.
