Mr. Ted Blissmer, age 67, of Cookeville, passed away suddenly Tuesday July 24 at his home. He was born in Gary, Indiana to the Late Fredrick and Victoria Blissmer. He is survived by his two brothers Fred and Martin Blissmer. No services have been arranged at this time.
