Tony Hugh Patrick Gillentine, infant son of Cody and Hayley Gillentine of Cookeville, died Tuesday, September 15, 2015 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. No services are planned. In addition to his parents, Tony is survived by his sister, Kinsley Gillentine; maternal grandparents, Dale Reamy of North Carolina and Valerie Stoner of Cookeville; paternal grandparents, Tony and Carol Ann Gillentine of Overton Co.; and by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
