Winnifred Dvorak

Winnifred Dvorak, 96 of Crossville died Friday, March 23, 2012 at Heritage Pointe Senior Living in Cookeville. She was born September 15, 1915 in Antigo, Wisconsin to the late Ernest and Cecil Wagoner Meidam. She was a homemaker and wife of the late Richard Edward Dvorak. Survivors include Son & daughter-in-law John "JACK"� and Janet Dvorak of Crossville. The family has chosen cremation, a memorial service and interment of cremains will be in Antigo, Wisconsin at a later date.
